DRESS FOR SUCCESS
Sophia Webster has grown into the brand it is today thanks to the support of thousands of amazing women. And as we grow bigger, we want to give back whenever possible.
This year we pledge to support, empower and uplift women within the workplace by continuing to partner with Dress for Success to support women getting back into work.
Dress For Success is an international charity which empowers women to achieve economic independence by providing a network of support, professional attire and the development tools to help women thrive in work, and in life, by donating shoes and bags to help women feel confident and the power they deserve.
Dress for Success relies on fund-raising and volunteers, as they don’t receive any government funding. It costs £50 to help train a woman for an interview, and you can give your support by volunteering, donating or sponsoring a styling session…
At Sophia Webster we strive to challenge the gender bias within business and create a platform that provide women with a voice and space in which they feel valued.
