Please note that we will not be offering extended returns over the festive period. Therefore, we recommend that you use our size guide to ensure that you have purchased the right size. 

 

Please check our delivery pages for our Christmas cut-offs. 
There will be no exceptions and therefore once the returns timeframe has passed, we sadly will not be able to assist in any returns, refunds or exchanges. 

 

Your Sophia Webster order must be made within 14 days of receipt.

Please ensure that you make your return through the returns portal on your Sophia Webster account. We are unable to take responsibility for returns using any other carrier.

We are only able to accept the return of unworn shoes and accessories. In order to protect the sole of the shoes please try shoes on a clean and carpeted surface. We regret that we are unable to accept the return of shoes that have marks on the soles.

Returns that are damaged, soiled or returned without the original box will not be accepted and will be returned back to you.

Where your purchase was made via one of our global stockist partners, please contact the retailer directly for advice on how to make a return.
