Refunds
Your refund will be credited to your original payment method, on receipt of your return at our warehouse, and can take up to 10 business days dependent on your payment provider. Returns will be charged $10 which will be deducted from the refund price of your order from orders placed after the 26th of September 2023.
The original shipping charges will not be refunded.
If you have been charged duties and taxes these will not be refunded.
CASH ON DELIVERY REFUNDS:
If you paid for your order with cash on delivery you will be refunded via a Paypal invoice. You will not need a Paypal account to receive back your funds. A member of our Customer Experience Team will be in touch to arrange this with you.
EXCHANGES
we are unable to offer exchanges at this time. If you change your mind and wish to exchange a product, please return the product and place a new order.
